8 hours of postnatal support in your home (within 8 weeks postpartum) can include:

• birth de-brief

• a listening ear

• looking after baby while you rest

• help around the home

PREGNANCY, BIRTH & POSTNATAL

Two antenatal sessions (2 hours each) covering:

• stages of labour

• relaxation techniques

• birth wishes

• preparation for life with a newborn

Labour support including:​

• early labour support via phone

• emotional and practical support throughout labour and for up to 3 hours after the birth

​

4 hours postnatal support (within 8 weeks postpartum) covering:

• birth de-brief

• a listening ear

• looking after baby while you rest

• help around the home

Also includes Whatsapp and phone support throughout our time together.

*On call for your birth from 38 to 42 weeks of your pregnancy

POSTNATAL

£35 per hour or block booking of 10 hours £299

To be taken within the first 8 weeks postpartum

Minimum of 2 hours per visit

• Emotional and practical support for mum, baby and immediate family

• A helping hand to build confidence in those early days

• Time to rest and recover

• Assistance with baby care

• Company for when partner returns to work

• Making refreshments and light lunches
